I have a quick question, Will the Summit SUM-G3502 clear my Rotating assembly?

010 block
3.75" stroke
Eagle H beam rods
My current pan (stock) the rod bolts hit the pan rails....

Also would I have any issues with Headers or the starter?

When you look at an oil pan on Summit, look at the overview and about 14 or 15 lines down there is one that says "Stroker Clearanced". That one has a big fat "No" beside it.

If you go through all the subcategories on the left hand side of the page and narrow down what you're looking for as much as possible, it's a lot easier to go through them one by one and find one.
