Got a 350 CID Bored .030 block, 3" Stroke (DZ) crank, 6" eagle Rods, TRW 11:1 Pistons with Shaved domes, 202 Camel Hump Heads, Crane cam that is comparable to the original DZ Specs, 700-R4 with 2300 Stall. Question--Got a Accel HEI distributer @ what RPM should I have FULL ADVANCE COME IN? I got the springs, I got th adjustable Vacume can that I just installed. I want to do the right thing.

As soon as you can without pinging. Sorry, every motor is different. between 2000 and 2800 is a general guideline. Start with the heavy advance springs and step down one at a time while keeping track of ping / detonation.

Like the man said every motor is different, but generally speaking for a drag car you want the advance full in about 200 RPM over the stall speed so with your converter you might want to try 2500 RPM with as much intial as you can run with out it pinging... Also you need to adjust your vac advance for full deployment at your idle vaccum (run it off manifold vaccum) and then limit it to about 8 degrees, you do this by putting a mechanical limiter between the bulb and the end of the shaft (not the other way as some manufactures limit it in their kits). I hope this is clear, if not e-mail me and I'll try to clairify it better
