I think I'd want extra shipping insurance from a company named "DOA!" Years ago, my brother wanted D.O.A. tattooed on his harm, to save some time in the emergency room some day....

Could possibly mean......Dead or Alive. There seems to be an auto recycler (Dead or Alive Auto Recycling).
