I may not be the most observant guy in the world, but I just noticed "Supporting Vendors" category at the bottom of the forums list. I didn't see a description and a search was unproductive also. My question is, what's the difference between a Sponsor and a Supporting Vendor?

my interpretation, pay "x" number of dollars and we will call you site sponsor with advertising space on the main forums page (to the far right in case you haven't noticed)
now if you can pony up more money, we'll call you a "supporting vendor" and give you your own forum area.
just my simple observation of the scenario in question.

Sponsor = old terminology. Supporting vendor = new terminology.
