I bought a 97 Z28 and both the driver side and the passenger side switches were gone (including the plugs). I found switches from a 93 z28 and most of the wiring matches up. The power door lock wiring is not matching up by color or number of wires. Please help

First item I suggest is buy a Haynes manual for the make/model of car. Last chapter is the electrical system and a schematic.

Extra wires could be aftermarket alarm system.
