how many hp would a z28 gain if someone added a slp cold air induction and k&n filter?

My son just put 1 on his 95 Z28 a couple days ago. It was a nicely made piece and was easy to install and fit very nicely. He also installed the flow improver piece(not sure what they call it)but it was not as well made part as it could be for fit but also installed very easily.
He says he can notice a bit of an improvement just dont expect any miracles

The standard correction factor is a 1% power increase for every 10 degrees F. reduction in intake air temperature.
