Got a LT1 and T56 in a 69 camaro. I have the DSE firewall adapter and they modified my clutch pedal. Clutch pedal has metal piece welded so the actuator arm attachs to the metal piece. I hooked everything up late last night/this morning. Pushed the pedal a little bit and a little bit more then the rod bent. After reading there is a 15/16" movement specification. Assume that's why I bent the rod. Doesn't seem like a lot of pedal movement.
This measurement is rod movement? So, I need to build a pedal stop.
The clutch pedal up position is determined by hydraulic system so I don't need to put a spring on it to pull the pedal up?
