I'm rebuilding a 69 RS/SS and I'm trying to replace the lines on the transmission but need to find a wrench to remove the lines from the tranny. Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Gary

You can use crows foot wrenches. The fit on the end of a 3/8 rachet. Here is a set for line wrenches. They also make them with a regular wrench end. You can probably buy the 1/2" size from Sears also.

Like he said, crows feet with an extension are the way to go on those fittings, works everytime. Sears usually has them in stock if you have a store near-by.

There is a wrench called a line wrench. It looks like a box end with part of it open to be able to slide over the line. Has facets like the crow's feet.
