How can I fix the wheel hop on my 67 RS/SS 396 car without installing a set of traction bars?
I have already installed new Multileaf springs.
1. I do not plan to hot rod the car, but if I do get on it every now and then I don't want the hop and break something.
2. The car is Stock, and the Lakewood bars look out of place.

Any sugestions?

Mark you put multi-leafs on a '67 so the car is not stock any more... ;) The non-staggered shocks are the biggest part of that wheel hop. A lot of guys going to Hotchkis leaf springs on 67's report big improvements in controling wheel hop. Of course the Hotchkis springs also lower the rear some. You might find a helper spring that u-bolts to the upper side of the front half of your leaf spring might give you the same effect as a slapper bar and it wouldn't show like the slapper bar. If you can't find them a spring shop could fab you up something fairly easy...

Try clamping the heck out of the front halves of the leaf springs.

Better(stickier) tires will help too.

The motor is stock, but if you do push it, the wheel hop is very appearant even in 3rd gear. I do have a set of 3.31's I am getting ready to install, im sure that will help.

I have the Hotchkis lowered leaf springs in my 67 and have absolutely no issues what so ever with wheel hop.

Traction bars mount from the axle forward on the under side of the leaf spring and when called into action keep the forward half of the spring from wrapping up (makes it more ridged). Well you can do the same thing by adding a mini-leaf spring on top of the front half of the spring. The mini-leaf is (helper springs in the truck and towing world) is arched and you fasten it down on each end flattening out the arch and it keeps the cars leaf spring from wrapping up under power...

I have a 67, just installed a complete one piece floor with frame, new mono leaf springs and I don't get any hop out of it. I'm running 405 hp 440 ft lbs and a little bit wider then stock tire on it.

You don't give enough info to really say but for starters old tired mono leaf springs and bad shocks will cause wheel hop. A combination of other things from too stiff of shocks to gear ratio, tire width and amount of power being put to the wheels...

You might laugh at this, I had a slot car when I was a kid. It had real tall skinny hard rubber rear tires and all it did was burnout and spin the tires. The guy in the back room at the slotcar track told me to come back when I had an extra $5 and he would fix me up. Mowed some lawns went to see him and he took my $5 and cut the tires off my slotcar wheels and used this machine and made me a soft orange spongy set of tires. Told me he'd give me a free hour of track time but I had to wait 24 hrs for the new tires to set up. When I went back for my free track time my slot car now did wheelies and flipped over backwards! (old school the brushes were mounted on a swing arm) The guy came over and showed me how to tie down the swing arm... Now the car took off great but the backend bounced all over the place. Not to bore you any more the tires were too tall and not wide enough so I bought new wheels and had shorter tires made for the wider wheels in order to dial the car in.

Long story but it shows how torque, wheel width and height and even tire compound can make a difference. In the 1st gen camaro world it's a fairly hard fast knowledge the non staggered shocks don't support the spring properly and cause wheel hop. In other years you have to look a bit deeper but it's usually a quicker fix tha a '67...
