I don't personally have one, but if I had to do it again I'd buy one. Friends of mine have them, and they swear by them. graemlins/thumbsup.gif
IMO Demon carbs are what Holley should've done to their design. Billet base plate, billet metering blocks, Race Demons have changable ventris too, clear sight plugs etc. They already come with heli-coiled main body threads too.
I can't say if they produce more power because I'm not an engine builder. But from what I have seen they are much less tempermental, and a bit easier to set up. ;)

Well if your going to get one go by there recommendations. My neighbor went from a worked over 850DP to an 850 Mighty demon on his 350 w/ track 1's 312/268/.575/108 cam and all the goodies and the the motor ran very rich, had to lean it WAY down. He said he wish he would have gotten the 750, he thinks even a 650 would possibly do. The carb is supirior in all aspects to a holley DP and if im not mistaken is considerably less expensive than the HP holleys. Not to mention they look a heck of alot better, if your into looks.

I like my Speed Demon 750 a lot (twin squirter). Out of the box the idle was set very rich, main jets wound up one step too lean. Quality piece, just junk the red paper bowl gaskets that come on the carb and put in the Holley blue rubberized ones to prevent any leaks.
