Looks like a really good deal to me, but I would want more details. What has the car run would be my first question. I would see the car in person before committing, but from the description I think the car as a roller is worth the asking price alone.
The problem with buying already built drag cars is that the thing could be a bomb with a really short fuse.

looks ok, buy it as a roller, your going to have to redo everything he did to it anyways!!
