That passenger almost did a back flip when they did a dry hop! l:)

Passenger side doesn't have any helmet support so he almost got his head ripped off!

That is hilarious! He didn't look like he was enjoying it very much. If that was me, it would take a week to wipe that $hit eating grin off my face.

Next up - Bungee jumping!

Man - you guys are quick - I just put this video up last night and hadn't had a chance to come on here and let you know. Truth be told the passenger is apparently a pretty good sport and told us to post the video on youtube.

That "ride along" just might be all it takes to get him hooked on actually drag racing instead of just watching it....you never know how much fun it is until you experience it for the first time....

Was that a GoPro Camera that was used to shoot the in car video????

Yes, the Go Pro camera is what we used. I am really impressed with how easy it is to use and the quality is good. It is a lot easier than trying to rig something up using my camcorder. I bought mine at the carshopinc.com.

I am considering purchasing the Go Pro camera. I went to their website
www.goprocamera.com (http://www.goprocamera.com) and the price is very affordable . The roll bar mount is pretty slick!!!!!

It is a 66 Chevy II we run in stock eliminator. This pass is with our 220 hp 283 that runs mid elevens in the quater mile. The 60 foot times are usually 1.50-1.52 with this set up. The car is a blast to drive and even more fun when we put in the 275 hp 327 or the 350 hp 327. To put it into perspective, some of you have read or seen Jerry Macneish's 67 Z28 with the 290 hp 302. He races down a few classes from us in D/S and where we go 11.30 with a 283 he goes 10.60 in the Z28. I wish I could run the parts he gets for the 302!
