It says P8206 does this make it for a 68, for positive? Did any early 69's have this?

If P8 followed by a letter then 2 numbers, for example P8A13 would be P = Muncie passenger car 8= MODEL YEAR (not the year built) A= January 13= 13th day of the month Kurt S Oct 9th, 09, 10:24 AM Could be an early (65-66) version if the code is P0206.
