Johns69 Apr 24th, 01, 05:29 AM Attended Carlyle on Friday and saw a dark green 69 Yenko Camaro sold for $17,900. Does anyone know the story about the car? I assume it was a clone but it was in nice shape with a 427. There were so many people around the car I couldn't crawl underneath to take a look. 4 speed Apr 24th, 01, 10:31 AM saw 2 clones on saterday both were phantom green w/stripes .one looked good the other wasn't as good ,you could still see the old Z stripes on the header panel and it had a 67/68 rear spoiler I didn't look any futher than that. also there was a 69 R/S that was a 7 year restore that had a wavey rear spoiler and a cracked console, and a small white stripe on the cowl of the hood. $25900.oo kinda steep for a car thats not correct. where is olney MD.? ------------------ stock? 67 hidden 69 [This message has been edited by 4 speed (edited 04-24-2001).] Johns69 Apr 24th, 01, 11:34 AM 4 Speed, Olney is between Baltimore and Wash.
