Does anyone have a picture handy showing what the '69 glovebox door catch looks like? The tab that the lock catches.
A replacement is on back-order and I want to fab something that'll work in the interim. Can't stand the door being flopped open all the time.

That's OK.... I can wait really. But wanted to get the green tape off of the new paint before it ruins it. I'll rig something.

Rick or Kevin, you guys have the plastic-stainless steel clip that goes where the A-pillar meets the horizontal roof molding? It helps keep the corner of the window against the door gasket when the window is rolled up all of the way.

Hey, I only have one of those! I must have been smoking something back then, I gotta save this one for my SS :D It is about 1.5 inch wide, 1 inch deep, 3/16 round bar, and the kick is 1/2 in and 3/4 from the end by the screw hole. It mounts so the kick points out and down to engage the glove lock with phillips head round head screws.

Holy dimensions CamaroMan! It don't git more descriptive than that there!

I just cut out the dash of the 69 to install the marquez dash. I threw mine in the trash.

Talk about back order. I ordered the trunk latch ( the one on the trunk lid ) from Classic. It was on backorder. A member ( 67z28 Ray ) on here sent me one for free. 6 months later I am getting calls from Classic to see if I wanted it. Never called them back then I got a letter in the mail about it in stock. I finally called them and told them I didnt want it.

I'll fire up my forge and warm up the anvil..... I'll be good to go.
