OK, I know I'm not giving you guys much to go on but....

I found that my right top lift cylinder was prety wet with fluid today. Yeah, a nice suprise...happy halloween..

Anyway, I'm going to bleed it tommorrow and see what happens. So I found this piece of rubber kind of wedged down near the cylinder. Anyone know if it might have come from the top of the cylinder?? It's tough to see up there because of the brace. Looks like it could be been a seal for the positon but I've never seen a lift cylinder out of the car so I don't really know...

My '69 top cylinder has 2 - "O"-rings stacked in a metal retainer. held in by a snap ring. I do not recognize the piece you show but it is about the correct size????

It's actualy got a partial part number on it. Wish it had the rest of the number.

Found the rest of it today. It's a top lift rubber stopper.

Original is stil on the other side. Part No. 4868380
