my 1986 iroc tpi is great in town driving but on the freeway is choking up and sputters then eventually dies. any suggestions?

Have you already checked for a restricted fuel filter? Just a quick thought.

Lots...check fuel pressure when this happens..., ign system, is all ok there, new plugs,cap,wires etc..

Sounds like the fuel pump is going away
