I have the deep lug nuts used for the MB old school wheels many guys are running. These lugs keep loosening.
Do you normally use some type of thread locker on these?

Make sure the lug nuts are not bottoming out on your drums or rotors.

Are you using a torque wrench? Have you spun a lug down on the stud with the wheel removed to see if it will seat against the drum or rotor to make sure the stud is not bottoming out inside the lug (studs too long or lugs too shallow)?
I've got the Gorilla 60 degree conical lock nuts and torque mine at 80 ft lbs and haven't had an issue.

Check to see not only if the lugs are bottoming on the studs but also if you have the right seat type - conical or shank. Most Camaro wheels use a 60 deg conical seat lug nut but some wheels have generic blot holes that require shank lug nuts. Also check the thread diameter on your studs and lug nuts, could be you have a set of lug nuts that were machined oversize by accident.
