One of the exciting cool products we ran across at SEMA this year was these John Covan's Thunder Road Dashes. John Covan founded the original Covans Classics now sold under the name Classic Dash. John Covan's Thunder Road is a new company and he has made some great improvements in his new designs. Not only do they look better, but they fit better, are thicker material, and come with steering column closeouts. I really liked the new layouts. I also like the finish on the panels, the black panels no longer have the oily look finish, the carbon fiber, while still not real, looks a lot better, and the brushed finish is a huge improvement. I liked everything so much we signed up and became a distributor.

We can sell the panels blank, or blank and also include a full set of gauges separately. Blank panels are $149 to $279. Because we are Autometer and American Autowire distributors, we can offer gauge and harness packages that make these a smokin bargain when we load them with gauge packages. Gauge packages start at $360 for full set of mechanical gauges, $600 for full set of Electrical gauges and harness.

We will have all these up on the new online store very soon, in the meantime you can call and we can spec out your dash on the phone.

I'm glad I saw this. I'm getting ready to do some interior "renovations" on my '69 and am looking for a dash + phantom gauges. I'm leaning toward the black insert, but want to know what are these made of? and a better idea of what the "brushed" insert looks like? Any close ups I can check out?

I bought one of these panels from John for my Nova. I can say that they are of a very high quality and fit perfect. John has done a very good job!
