I just put new hotchkis springs, 2" lowering spindles and disc brakes on my 67 Camaro, oh, new 18" wheels too. I can't seem to figure out why the passenger side sits lower than the drivers side? 1/2" lower to be exact. checked the spring seats, they look to be correct, positioning is also the same, I am at a total loss.. and the back is off even more 1" put lowering blocks in the back too... any suggestions?

I would bet the right rear spring is the culprit, did it sit level before you started?

I don't think it did but quite honestly, I did not measure, bonehead move...but the right read does rub just slightly and the left does not, fits with your assesment, when I bought it, it looked like one of those ICBM missles on a truck,,, ramped up in the front, the front was at 9" to the rocker perfect for factory, but the rear was sitting at 7.5" 1.5" low per the factory spec, also fits... so now the question, how to verify?

Are your blocks seated right?

as far as I can tell, they look fine... wondering if it could be a spring bushing??

Did you final torque all fasteners with the car resting on earth? If the car was on jackstands when torqued there could be some binding.

I would double/tripple check the front springs and that they are seated correctly (tops and bottoms).

Hello I would swap the springs in the front and see if one of the springs are sagging. Or at least have the springs checked to see the load range. Maybe you got a big block spring and a small block spring from where you bought the parts from. Just a thought.

seen this on corvettes and maybe this is the same.

unbolt your sway bar, and see if the car sets level. I've seen several aftermarket sway bars that are not flat. If this is the case you can vary the length of the spacer in the link kit side for side to correct.

Have you driven it yet ? Often times a drive around the block will aid the rear spring bushings to settle. Even though I always tighten my suspension bolts with the cars weight on the wheels, I find a short drive settles things out to the real ride height.

If it doesnt setlle after you drive it,, then I would be swapping springs from side to side to see if they make a difference.
