If the intent was to bring it back to restored PC status, I can't see it selling much higher than the initial bid of $25K. Maybe up to $30K. Depends on if there is any evidence left of what drivetrain it had originally.

Extreme go fast goodies like the car is carrying seem to re-sell for 50 cents on the dollar if you're lucky and have exactly what someone needs/wants. It's easy for a seller to say "but it has a $14K engine in it...", a lot harder for someone to turn around and try to sell that $14K engine for close to that "value."

If somehow that is the original, born with block and trans, it would be "worth" more when done, but I see between $20K and $40K worth of work to try to return it to stock.

That car, if it has any kind of documented racing pedigree would be a nice one to restore to a period correct race car, but to take it back stock from that condition is going to take serious work, fudnign, and commitment.
