Does anyone have any experience with Thunder Road Dash Gauge panels? they look OK and easily acccept 5" gauges. I have not seen any pics after install though....
Modifying orignal panel to accept 5" gauges is possible but lots of work...
Any suggestions or ideas ????

I think the regular Covan's dashes take smaller gauges. You can buy a blank undrilled panel from www.classicdash.com and mount 5" gauges, however.
That brings up an interesting question: There used to be a company "Covan's Classic" who sold these dashes. Now "Covan's Classic" changed to "Classic Dash". Also there is "Covan's Thunder Road" that is owned by John Covan. Their products are really similar.
I got a "Covan's Classic" dash about 5 years ago and it is fine. It'd be interesting to compare the two new companies - the dashes look the same!
