What is the best backspacing for a front 15x8 wheel (Weld Draglite) on 67-68 Camaros ?

1. I don't know what to choose between 3.5" and 4.5" backspacing ?

2. Wich tire size fit best depending on the backspacing selection ? 235-60-15, 225-60-15, 215-60-15 ...
