How much do you think a set of 5 mag-spoke wheel covers are worth in very good condition. I think this was option code RPO PA2.

Those are not for a Camaro. No idea on price. For a truck?

Vince,

I saw these are listed in "The Illustrated Camaro Recognition Guide" on page 170. They state they are a 1968-69 mag-spoke wheel cover (RPO PA2). Has anyone else seen these on a Camaro?

Last time I saw those for sale I thought no way those are for Camaro. Learn something new I guess. But did anyone ever actually select that option because they are FUGLY!

With something like that, I always like to try a no reserve auction and see what the market brings, sorry for the lack of help....

If anybody has a good set of the 5-lug ones, I may be interested. Need to be 14-inch.

My 68 came with these when I bought the car in 1988. I actually used them for the first couple of years. My documentation from GM Canada vintage vehicle services confirms the car came with option PA2 -- "simulated magnesium wheel trim cover."

Eric, I noticed RPO PO6 on that sheet, that shows the COPO style dog dish hub cap with a trim ring. I had seen a GM publicity photo in a book showing this setup, but I had been told by some fairly knowledgeable sources that the Dog dish was never used with a trim ring (I installed a set on my 69 big block car with the rings a few years ago). What is the story on this option? Was it an active RPO that was installed on some cars?

CRG data shows 2,401 69 Camaros equipped with PO6 trim rings. Not available 67-68. So PO6 appears to be a real option, just not common.

More common than those PA2 covers though...just 1362 69 models got those (4085 in 68)

Eric, just curious - how many got the simulated wire wheel covers (RPO N051)? That is what my car actually came with - one was still on it. Not that I plan to install a set - I think they look more at home on a Caddy or a Buick Electra. :)

RPO N95 is the simulated wire wheel covers; 2,118 69 models got N95.

They did not make a 5 lug version of these hubcaps. They were all 6 lug to my knowledge. I have a set of NOS.

I think he means the N96 covers. They have 5 spokes and 5 simulated lugs.

Mike, I was referring to the N-96 RPO Simulated Mag Style Wheel Covers - available for all 3 years of Camaro. Similar design to the ones shown here, but a more traditional 5-spoke design. I mistakenly referred to them as N-95, and now it appears that N-95 is the wire wheel cover.
