Can not find pixel..? imaging disc that came with camcorder when i bought it. It's a sony 560X. I got a lap top and loaded drivers from Sony. But can't get pics loaded to computor. Any help/

I have got my drivers loaded from this location you sent me and computor reconizes it but can't get pictures off. Its like i need software to take pics off and place on computor. The original disc had some pixel... brand image software and was just able to click on desktop icon and open it up and when cam. was turned on it came up. Do i need to find some kind of generic software or something.

Click on Start and then click on Help and Support. Type camera in the search box and hit enter.

Loaded drivers then got windows movie to find it. It works
