i want to put the 2OTL exhaust on my 94 z28. anyone have advice as to where i can find it?

It's TOTL not 2OTL (Two On The Left) and was SLP created for the '96 Z28SS. Check with SLP and start searching the salvage yards. There were not that many made and it wasn't popular because it looked import. The funny story about it was the TOTL was taken off and replaced with aftermarket duals that exited one or two pipes on each side and tests showed none of the aftermarket exhaust performed as well as the TOTL...

the above is true and around here ITS VERY RARE to even seen one done like that anymore.
