What oil filters are you guys using on your 69 BBC?? I've been using the long style for many years because I purchased a couple of cases some time ago. Never had a need to pick one up at the local parts store. It seems all of the modern oil filters are half the size now.

K&N and have never looked back
I did see the K&N # 2002. May have to try it. Does it have an anti-drain valve?
The AC Delco they had was part# 454. It was half the size.

The K&N HP3002 is a one inch longer version of the 2002. That's what I use on my 68 BBC. Just have to make sure your header isn't too close if that's a concern.
