Well I rented a trailer and plan on hauling Cammy up to SIR (Saskatoon International Raceway) tomorrow for my first crack at the 1/4. It's kind of funny now that I am getting closer to actually making some runs, I am starting to second guess (or getting closer to reality) what the car will do. Anyways I will post how we made out, sad or happy. I am really just going for the experience and to get a bench mark. Then I can start playing with the suspension and a few things. I don't think I will worry about NOS for some time. I am going up for the Street Legal drags so the range of cars should be high 10's (and very few of them) to 16 & 17 secs. I am thinking I will run in the 13.25 to 13.5 at around the 108mph range. Hopefully I won't be too disappointed.

Will keep you all posted.
I will have to get the altitude and apply the correction factors, does anyone know where to find that info?

Well we made it up there and back didn't break anything. I think I did okay considerering my first time to the track. I got in 8 runs and never red lighted in any but when you hear my reaction times, nowonder I never reded. I must be getting too old. Anyway here is how I did:
1st run reation .605: 60' - 2.113 Still spinning past the tree 18#' in the ET Streets ET - 12.933 @ 107.727
2nd run .486 - 1.983 12.804 @108.196
and so on all quite close runs
Last run when we figured out the best way to run it, like 13# in tires & bigger burnout then I planed on and loading it to 2000 and then mashing it on the last yellow, I got my best time of
.369 (still sleeping at the lights) 60' @ 1.938 spinning maybe 3/4 of the car length ran 12.765 @ 107.860.
I am satisfied considering the temp was 34 C with no wind and my car temp was climbing to a little over 200 and the tranny was 220 and climbing. So I figure on a cooler day or even in the evening, nasty burnout, 2400 launch and get my turds together on the reaction time the car might run 12.500.
All and all I had a blast, my legs havn't been shaking like that in a long while. I think that is the most fun a person can have with their pants on.
