i want some pointers on how too buy a shifter that fits and looks good, hurst is the only one i know and can i put one in from another car
my car is a 1980 z28 auto trans from the ohio plant.

get a summit or Jeggs catolog. there all in there. each made for specific transmissions. and yours should be listed, whether it be a TH350 , 2004R (usually in Buicks)or 700R4
