I would doubt it. I had one on my 69 and it had a cowl hood. The top of the carb would be at the hood line on a flat hood, no real room for an air cleaner.

what about an Edelbrock RPM,or Airgap, maybe even a Weiand Team G? I'd like power between 2500-6500 thanks

They are all pretty much the same height. You must use a sunken manifold of some sort.

I have some manifold heights plus a couple of saved posts so will get back to you after work this evening. Maybe it will be of help.

PS., I'm trying to run a Strip Dom. and a 3310-2 Holley on my BB under my SS hood so this was of interest to me too.. Correct frame and poly mounts too.....

I hope these are still accurate but don't see why they still shouldn't be..

BB Torquer II 2-0 = 3.05" to 4.6", (3.825" ave.).

BB Performer 2-0 = same as stock height at 4.3" to 65.4", (4.85" ave.).

BB Performer RPM 2-0 = 4.45" to 6.0", (5.225" ave.).

BB Victor Jr. 454 0, (PN 2904) = 5.9" to 5.9"(ave.???).

Weiand BB Team G = 5.81" to 7.7.38", (6.59" ave.).

Holley 300-4 Strip Dom. = 4.77" to 6.16", (5.46" ave.).

Weiand 8005 dual plane= 4.63" to 6.12", (5.375" ave.).

I have the big Dart single plane intake measurements in an old article but can't put my hands on it right now..

The only intake that I have found to work under a SS Hood is the old Elderbrock C-396 (Oval Ports) it works perfect & you can still use the Factory Style 14" drop base airfilter, I think that the C-427 will also work for square port heads.
