We pulled the street or should I say Pro Street engine to replace it with the following engine

-GM 010/020 block with "2482" nodular GM main caps, ARP studs, pressurized thrust face oiling, main feed holes enlarged and bearings matched, oil pump-cap-thrust bearing matched, line honed, filled with Hardblok, decked, bored and honed with plates
-Ohio 4340 steel crank, 3.25" stroke
-6.125" 4340 rods
-Probe "Sportsman Race Series" .500" dome pistons, 12.92:1 compression
-1/16" 1/16" 3/16" rings
-Dart Pro 1 Aluminum Heads with some work, 215cc as cast, 2.08"/1.6" Ferrea Competition Plus Hollow Stem Valves
-PAC/Crane Springs, Titanium Retainers
-Probe Industries Shaft Mount Rockers
-Dart Intake

We are debating running one of these two cams, that have proven their self in 327's like this (Lunati)

Camshaft 1
283/291 @.050"
.725"/.632"
106 lobe seperation

Camshaft 2
288/294 @.050"
.736"/.660"
106 lobe seperation

We do not know which one we will use but will make our mind up on it.

Camshaft 1 will work fine with our 6200rpm stall, Camshaft 2 may want a few hundred more

I want to give a big THANK YOU to BillK (Moderator Here) & Shane from Precision Systems.

Bill has been done with this for a while now but due to my health and dealing with taking a family member to Dialysis three times a week for 3 1/2 hours each day has kept me busy and Bill has been dealing with this junk in his way. Thanks a bunch Bill

Shane from Precision Systems knows what all is going on and prepped a set of Dart Pro 1 Heads for me, to my spec due to me not having time to do so, Thanks a bunch Shane

** By the way the car is a 1970 Chevelle, TH400 with Transbrake, ATI 6200rpm stall, 12 bolt rear with Spool and 5.38 gears
