Anyone else see Hot Rod Tv today on Speed? They had the Crusher Camaro at LACR. 632 ci all aluminum motor with 750 hp..it spun its Hoosiers all way down the strip, with the motor bouncing off the rev limiter....

750hp....11.42 at 99mph and some change...I believe....shows what lack of traction will do for you. I didnt hear them ssay a 60ft time.

I called 66 283 that hangs out over at Team Chevelle and talked to him about his 632 last night late.

They said the low mph was due to high gear going out. Not sure what type of tranny though.

Sounds like my first time at Bradenton with the 500EFI - 12.64 @ 89.8 mph with a 1.77 60 foot - hitting the rev limiter at 1/2 track and feathering it through the top end.

675 HP, 680 ft.lbs, 32x19.5 Hoosiers, 4.87 gears and a 5200 rev limiter. All the motor in the world sucks when the gear is wrong.
