I am wanting to upgrade to an electric fan. I was wondering what fans off of some late model cars would fit the stock radiator of a 69. I was hoping to score somthing from a Junk yard. I have heard somthing off of a lincon Mk VIII would work well. Any Ideas?? Thanks for your help.

You are correct on the Licoln Mark VIII fan. There was a post a couple weeks ago, where we discussed it. I haven't installed one yet, but its definatley on my "things to do list". graemlins/thumbsup.gif I know you have to use a big 75 amp relay...here go to these links.

The two links given above spell it out pretty well. The lincoln fan works VERY well!!! The fan is 21 3/4" wide, so it may take some trimming to fit a 21" wide core. When I installed mine I changed to a 23" aluminum radiator.
