I have to get my car inspected this summer. I'm living in St.Louis Missouri and they are requiring emissions testing to get your license renewed.

Question: Are '67 vehicle emissions excempt if not is there a way(s) to get your vehicle to test better like running your vehicle hotter?

I think that any thing prior to early 70's was excempt. That's when they started emmissions control on vehicles.

here in Texas my car is registered as a "Classic", which exempts me from doing any inspection at all.....

maybe your state too?
