What is the difference between the Force II and the American Thunder exhaust systems outside of the obvious muffler configuration? Which would be best for a stock L78 with headers only? I am trying to keep the car as stock as possible thanks

If you want stock as possible, I would think the Force II would be the way to go.
I've had both systems on different Camaros, and I like the Force II better. A little quieter, but sounds great at WOT. I think the sound is because the muffler is positioned farther back. However, the AT system is easier to install, and has the good looking stainless tips, which I believe all for the same price as the Force II.

I agree with Matt. I love my AT system (sounds bada$$) but, if you want to keep the car somewhat original, go with the Force II.

Flowmaster makes them both. American Thunder is 2.5" duals, force 2 is a single exhaust crossflow style.
