Since you have some great info i.e. orig. duplicate title, license receipts, and where from, have you started or tried a search for the orig. owner/s?

Wayne, I have a 02D z 602043 and no parcial vin on engine by filter or engine pad V0210DZ by right hd. Is your parcial vin by filter?

The man's name that's on the original duplicate title, is engraved on the traction bars on this car. It was ran a lot at Fort Hood Dragway in TX.

I have searched for him online and have got a couple phone numbers, and believe it or not, one of them actually rang and wasn't disconnected, but no one ever answered, lol.
