Renniks Jul 21st, 00, 03:55 AM Bought a partially built 70 Z-28 bracket car with BB. Headers are small tube, haven't measured, but small. Doesn't really look like there is room for bigger without having some custom built and turned and twisted. Any suggestions out there. JWA Jul 21st, 00, 01:00 PM If there BBC headers and they look small typically they are 1 7/8 inches. There is nothing wrong with the small tube headers for BBCs. Do a search on racer1320 in the Chevelles.com Performance Forum to see why. Heddman headers are that size. I believe the Hooker Competitions are 2 inch(pn2455 same as my 68 Chevelle).
