I've never noodled for catfish; way too afraid of water mochasens. But, I've caught some huge catfish out of some of those muddy rivers. caught one about 50 lbs. on a trot line. I was a kid and barely weighed 50 lbs myself. (ok, it's illegal, I know) But, there's a big difference between catfish teeth and those things. I don't think even my craziest friends would want to put their hands in there.
