Obviously not a Camaro, but still a man-sized toy. Guess it isn't really a toy, but it feels like it for now. It's a definite crop eating machine compared to the old one. Not that it was a slouch, but this thing will run circles around it.

Looks like time to get the Feed Corn in

Nice unit Brian
What is the Bushel/Acre output of the 9500?

I watched a nieghbor in PA with his new 9750 a few years back do @4000bu in @ an hour!
It was a 12-row unit and was really moving (5~6mph) - the three wagons doing the road shuttle to the semi's were busy as can be!

Wish they would have been around when I was a kid on the farm ... all the harvesting done in a few days
Growing Hay is a much slower paced endevor ;)

You're gonna have to. The throttle is a 2 position switch... idle and wide open. There's no in between!

At 25,000lbs, it's not the fastest in the quarter mile, but if you are slower, I'm running right over the top of you. :D

That must've been some serious corn!! I can get 1100-1200bu/hour through this thing. Our fields are fairly small (40 acres on average) and odd shaped, so you spend alot of time turning on the ends. The machine has more capacity, but with only a 6 row head and turning around on the ends, it cuts into productivity quite a bit. Allot of guys run an 8 row head on their 9500s and it has enough capacity to keep up with that.

Dang, I think you're right. I looked at the trim tag this afternoon and it is 52 52. Must be a Case/IH. What are my legal options here?
