looking to get new mufflers the old 40's or new one's any of you guys have them yet.
and is this to much to pay for a new set up 3in with crossover for $175.00 and i must bring mufflers (at a local race shop) your thots :confused:

I have them on my 69. I like them but I might have to get rid of them because my car is so low(3" drop springs"). They are quite a bit thicker than the old style 40's. As far as if they are worh it...no..if you already have the old flows I would just keep them and put the money elseware.

I think I am going to sell them but probably not for a few weeks. Car has not even left the garage yet! I just want to work the bugs out of it for a week or so then I would consider selling them. Do you want me to contact you when I do?? Let me know.
