I am in the process of switching from an automatic small block to a manual big block combination. I got the big block clutch linkage kit as a gift from my my wife for Christmas, but it was missing one part. There is a "clutch fork return spring extension bracket" that Classic doesn't include in their "complete conversion kit". It appears to be a flat piece of steel with two holes drilled in it.
Can anyone give me the diminsions for that piece? I would rather just make one up than spend the $$ on shipping for an $8 part. By the way, where does the bracket attach, the frame motor mount bolt?

Lastly, they left out the expoded view diagram, what is the assembly sequence from the block side ball stud to the z-bar? It looks like there is a rubber seal, a nylon cup washer and a felt seal the go between them.
Thanks.

The spring bracket bolts to the front exhaust manifold stud. If you have headers you will have to fabricate something.

The block side gets the rubber seal.
