So what do you think about the last update that the last four digits of the vin are on the block under the oil filter? You dont think they could stamp that do you? Would that not be cast?

Not sure what you mean Diane, but the numbers are stamped into the block. Perhaps the four digits were stamped when the motor was out.

O.K. I could see somebody MAYBE repainting a red car green. I myself like green. I could see somebody MAYBE swapping out a really thrashed or stripped(as in used to be a race car) black interior for a green interior out of a donor car. But I draw the line at somebody swapping the headliner,the steering column and all the little plastic parts that would have looked just fine in black. Same goes for the firewall which would have looked good with a fresh coat of black and a simple cut in of the jams. I would say that this guy is full of crap,and if he isnt,then he needs to find some red paint on that car.Why not pull some intererior panels out and find some. There should be some under the side trim for the headliner,some overspray under the speaker deck. This guy is full of poop.
