Welcome to Team Camaro!!! I installed Competiton Engineering bolt on Sub Frame connectors on my 75 Camaro about 6 years ago. It was a very simple and straight forward job. The only problem you may run into is when you try to loosen the front spring eye perches. If the car has been sitting in water for as long as you think, you will play heck getting the bolts out. The nuts are j-nuts and they insert into slots in the rear subframe. With the ravages of time, the clips break off and the bolt and nut will just spin round and round. You can torch off the bolt heads drop the spring perch down and then remove the j-nuts and what's left of the bolt and then install the new j-nuts. If you don't have a torch, you can use a cut off wheel to get rid of the bolt head. Please ensure that the rear end is supported when you drop each side so you don't get hurt. I did notice a much stiffer chassis under hard acceleration. Good Luck
P.S. While you have the spring perches down it would be a good idea to replace the front spring bushing. My recommendation would be to replace the springs altogether to eliminate the second generation sag.
