i was wondering how tight you fellows pulled your rear end bolts,as far as the torque on them.i,am also still trying to figure out how the d------- vent tube hooks up on the gas system. thanks,this is on a 69 camaro

What bolts are you talking about? The rear end has many different ones that torque to different specs.

i,am talking about the ones that hold the rear end to the springs.

One 1/2" breaker bar and grunt!!

The next time I do it to add the extra leafs in my new springs, I'm going to try to get my car up high enough to use my cheap 1/2" impact wrench to run the long nuts off and on with, then use the breaker bar to finally tighten.
