I have always wanted to learn how to build my own small block but have never done it before can any of you suggest a good book that will take me step by step through the process. THanks

The HPBooks series that you should be able to find at your local Barnes and Noble bookstore are great helps.

HPBooks have "How to -- " for both stock and rodding of both small blocks and big blocks. I have them, plus several more different books that I constantly read to keep me refreshed and up on this stuff...
