I'm having a little trouble understanding what your problem is.

If you have removed your brake booster, you must change your master cylinder to a smaller bore.
The master cylinder for a power brake system is 1 1/8"
The master cylinder for a manual brake option Camaro (it was available in 67 only) is 1" diamiter.

You didn't say if you have Discs or Drums. They use the same size master cylinders but the disc brake master cylinders have larger reservoirs and a little longer stroke.

If you want to keep your booster, drill a hole into the plenum of the manifold and tap it for a hose fitting.
Or buy a spacer plate and drill a hole into it in the rear of the carburetor for a vaccum fitting.
