I have a 1992 Camaro RS, with the 3.1 liter engine (yes I wish it was a 350, but oh well). My problem is that when I push in on the gas the car doesn't go very much. It has a huge miss or something. If anyone could help me figure this one out I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks,

Plug it into a diagnostic scanner and see if you get any codes or youcan ground the diagnostic terminal and count the check engine light flashes. It sounds like a bad throttle position sensor, but the only way to be sure is to have it checked out.

Most likely plug wires. My daughter has a 95 V6 and it's went thru 2 sets in 5 yrs.Have a friend look under the hood at night with the car in gear slightly power braking it.It should look like a spark show, usually at or near the plugs. If this does not work out,for sure do what the other post says and take it to a shop.Good Luck..
