Sorting through my piles in the barn in the process of finishing up my 67 coupe and came across a pile of chrome moldings. I managed to find enough hardtop moldings plus extras but am also going to be selling off the extras once the car is finished. In my search I found the chrome that goes around the back window for a convertible & it jogged my fuzzy memory that I had parted out a Firebird convertible many years ago. So that got me thinking I probably have a set of windshield chrome from the same car. Can you experts tell me if all the windshield trim is different from a coupe or just the side pieces and if so how long they are ? Trying to put complete sets together and in my mess of stuff there are also a few Chevelle & Nova bits and I don't want to get those confused with the Camaro stuff. Thanks. MY bad..The front vert and hard top trim are different. All 3 years are the same.

I know the windshields are different from coupe to convertible. was just wondering if ALL the windshield trim is different or just certain pieces. In any case it dosn't matter. I just finished sorting all my trim and found that I don't have any that are different. Evidently I don't have any convertible trim other than the 2 pieces for the back. In fact I'm kinda bumming since I also discovered I'm missing one piece for the windshield on my 67 coupe. How is it possible I have 4 sets of coupe back window chrome but can't even make up 1 whole set for the front... In my next life I'm gonna take up golf instead of messing with old cars. :D
