Relocate the intake air temp switch to a colder location, or use a resistor on it.
Pacesetter makes headers for it.
MSD ingition ( the 4.3 cap fits) get the MSD blaster coil and ac delco rapid fire plugs gapped a little bigger than what the are in the boxes.
A few companies make cams and roller lifters.( Crane does for sure I've called and inquired)
port/polish the heads.
Truelo makes an intake but they're expensive as hell.
Polish the throttle body opening.
Cold air intake.
Egr and smog pump delete.
A high flow cat and cat-back exhaust.
Different gearing.
A custom chip.
lighten the car as much as possible, dump the spare, jack, back seat, back seat belts, get a fiberglass hood, I think hawks sell a carbon fiber hatch panel ( not the glass the metal portion)
Get fiberglass front racing seats, take the carpet insulation out.
Get lighter rims.
Modify a turbo to work ( no direct superchargers or blowers available)
Roller rocker arms ( 1.6 )
If it's a 700-r4 tci makes a constant pressure valve body and Corvette servo.
Synthetic oil, transmission fluid, and any other fluids you can find synthetic for. 180° thermostat ( 160°doesnt let the engine reach operating! Temp.)
Another great product is water wetter. Add to your anti-freeze.
That's all I can think of right now, that should burn a couple boredom days away.
