ok so I have a 1967 Camaro RS and am about to put a new 10 bolt strange rear end and a 4-link. Additionally I will tub it out for wider tires.
Now with the new rear end and all the new supports it is recomended that i employ a roll bar..
I am all for it... but its a convertible not a hard top... If i ever put the top down the bars will probably look like crap right?
Any ideas for some roll bars that will look cool on a convertible when the top is down?
I cant find any pics or videos on youtube showing a fixed up convertible camaro..
Any ideas or help?

I think roll bars look great in convertibles. A guy around here has a red 67 SSRS with a roll bar and looks wicked.

Here's my 69 vert with an 8 point bar. I personally think it "fits" the car and looks great but I'm a little biased...LOL. Actually I get mostly positive comments on it when I bring the to cruise nights.
I have more pics if you'd like to see more.

Hey thanks a lot for the pics!! It does actually look pretty cool with the bars.
PROZ11 your bars are sweet! Looks pretty custom. Where did you get yours? And in the pics of the camaro you sent me do you think the passengers in the rear hit their head on the bars?!

My is actually not a custom set up. It's an S&W Racecars kit for first gens. I think the main hoop had to be shortened a few inches.

So far no problem with denting any passengers heads... LOL. The seat backs are pretty tall. I was going to pad the top of the bars, but top date no one has hit their head. I have a friend thats 6' 4" and if anyone was going to bang their head it would have been him. And believe me, I have planted him and a few other passengers in that seat without injury..LOL.
